As an intern at Hashtag Junkies, you'll work closely with your mentor and the team on real client work, from strategy and branding to graphic design, photography and videography. Your tasks are linked to your field of study, no two days look the same, and you'll build skills you can carry straight into your career. We're committed to mentoring, with weekly or biweekly check-ins to help you grow, both as a person and as a professional.
What you'll actually be doing:
Assisting the team with tasks set out by your mentor and other team members
Working closely with the team to learn more about our company, clients and industry
Contributing to real client projects across marketing, communication, branding, graphic design, photography and videography
Creating content and helping bring creative concepts to life
Joining team meetings and client briefings to see how projects come together end to end
Building your own portfolio through hands-on experience
Shaping your own learning process, with your mentor's guidance, but you in the driver's seat
What we're looking for:
You're solution-focused and think in possibilities instead of impossibilities. Your energy is contagious, you're enthusiastic and motivated to make an impact. You have a lot of personality, people remember you because you're 100% yourself. You're eager to learn and take real ownership of your own learning process.
Currently studying at MBO, HBO or university level, in a field related to marketing, communication, branding, design, photography or videography
A genuine, active affinity with social media
A solution-focused, can-do mindset
Self-motivated and eager to learn, with the drive to take ownership of your own development
Available for an internship in February or September, hours by agreement

Accredited internship provider for the MBO programs Fotograaf (crebo 25195, level 4) and Mediavormgever (crebo 25633, level 4)
