Located in the heart of Schiedam, Café Sjiek is more than just an eatery. It's a celebration of good food, great drinks and the vibrant spirit of this lively city. Since 2024, we have supported Café Sjiek with a Social Fix and content creation. We reviewed the existing social channels, identified areas for improvement and created a clear direction for the brand. We then translated the atmosphere, people and daily moments of Café Sjiek into recognisable social content and graphic design. The result is a stronger presence that feels personal, consistent and true to the brand.

Can you help us with rebranding ourselves and premium content?

In 2024, we had the pleasure of leading Café Sjiek's rebranding, including a close look at their target audiences, to make sure the new brand identity resonated with loyal patrons and new visitors alike. Alongside the rebranding, we developed photography and video concepts that now feature prominently across Café Sjiek's social channels. The team also joined our 1:1 Social Media Training, where we trained them in social media management, helping them master the art of turning online interactions into offline visits, a skill they still apply today. The result: stronger online visibility and a stronger offline presence, keeping Café Sjiek a beloved spot in Schiedam.

Can you help us setting up a strategy and manage our socials?

Yes, we can.
For 21 Pinchos we started off with the development of a social media strategy. This strategy resulted in a tailored social media identity including content formats that are based on engaging interaction with its communities. Social media is not about just posting but rather about maintaining a strategic focus. This approach also includes community management, and daily attention is paid to interaction with the online communities on the platforms. Social listening is part of this, we listen directly to the feedback coming from the community, and monitor the direct mentions. We serve the online communities through appealing Stories, feed posts, and focus on showcasing premium content and short form videos (such as Reels/TikToks). This approach provides more information for current online community, and also helps to increase online visibility to reach potential fans.
