Vintage shopping and paying by weight. "How cool is that?! And how cool would it be to organise something like that in my own city of Rotterdam?" That's what The Vintage Rebel founder Heidi Vergeer was thinking.
From 2018 to 2020, we supported The Vintage Rebel with strategy, content creation and social media management. We created a clear direction and translated the brand's identity into consistent social content. Our team handled planning, production, publishing and channel management. This gave The Vintage Rebel a recognisable presence that felt connected across every post.

Can you help me with writing captions and social design?

Yes, we can.
It can be difficult finding the right words for what you do and who you are, especially when you've been around the block a few times. For The Vintage Rebel, we took care of social media planning alongside the copywriting found across De Vintage Kilo Sale's online platforms and website. Our collaboration grew even closer when, beyond finding the words, we also developed a new visual identity for The Vintage Rebel and De Vintage Kilo Sale. The rebranding covered not just a corporate identity, but also brand-builders featured at every kilo sale. Thinking about where a design will actually be used matters here, we like to think beyond the specific application you ask for, developing custom design that works on social media too. And if you ask for posters, we'll happily deliver feed posts in the same look and feel.

Can you help us setting up a strategy and manage our socials?

Yes, we can.
For 21 Pinchos we started off with the development of a social media strategy. This strategy resulted in a tailored social media identity including content formats that are based on engaging interaction with its communities. Social media is not about just posting but rather about maintaining a strategic focus. This approach also includes community management, and daily attention is paid to interaction with the online communities on the platforms. Social listening is part of this, we listen directly to the feedback coming from the community, and monitor the direct mentions. We serve the online communities through appealing Stories, feed posts, and focus on showcasing premium content and short form videos (such as Reels/TikToks). This approach provides more information for current online community, and also helps to increase online visibility to reach potential fans.
