Two of the most talked-about names in the barber world: Schorem Haarsnijder & Barbier, and REUZEL. With more than 50 years of barbering and grooming experience, the Rotterdam-based master barbers from Schorem — Leen & Bertus — formulated pomades worthy of their exacting standards, digging deep into the history of pomades to create what they believe are the world's finest.
From 2018 to 2022, we supported Reuzel with strategy, content creation, management, growth and workshops. We translated the brand's personality into a clear and consistent approach across social media. The work combined ongoing content with campaigns, channel management and paid growth. Workshops helped the team apply the same direction across its own communication.

Can you help us with managing our social media platforms and increase online sales?

Yes, we can.
We manage REUZEL's monthly social media schedule and run their social media orchestra day to day, from putting content live to dedicated attention on optimised uploads. Our work includes community management and carefully crafted concept development, strategically focused on representing REUZEL's core values online. We put in serious effort managing a community of millions of unique followers. REUZEL had access to its own dedicated Hashtag Junkie, who works closely with the team in the United States and Rotterdam, also taking care of monitoring and reports.

Can you help us setting up a strategy and manage our socials?

Yes, we can.
For 21 Pinchos we started off with the development of a social media strategy. This strategy resulted in a tailored social media identity including content formats that are based on engaging interaction with its communities. Social media is not about just posting but rather about maintaining a strategic focus. This approach also includes community management, and daily attention is paid to interaction with the online communities on the platforms. Social listening is part of this, we listen directly to the feedback coming from the community, and monitor the direct mentions. We serve the online communities through appealing Stories, feed posts, and focus on showcasing premium content and short form videos (such as Reels/TikToks). This approach provides more information for current online community, and also helps to increase online visibility to reach potential fans.
