During our time managing Flower Burger's social media, we focused on creating a look and feel rooted in Rotterdam. In developing content formats, we brought back Rotterdam city icons that resonated with the local online community, and worked together with the team in Italy to merge the content planning into one. Alongside social media management, we also developed social design, including a visual video shown at metro stations in Rotterdam. We like to think beyond the specific application you ask for, so we developed custom social design that works on social too. In one-on-one consultancy sessions, we focused on what kind of content could be shared through Instagram Stories, weaving in storytelling about the location and the artisanal, colourful menu.
